A collision led to Sapitos FC getting a freekick after 8 minutes play. Valentin Ted hit a great ball. Leonel Manilan showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cosme Otsoko in the 9th minute of the match. In the 12th minute, Severiano Remir hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Serafin Guipuzkoa could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 14th minute of the match, but Leonel Manilan made a huge save. If Serafin Guipuzkoa had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 18th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 23 minutes into the match, Sapitos FC's goal looked a bit too open when Cosme Otsoko came free, but Leonel Manilan reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 45th minute Cosme Otsoko shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Leonel Manilan saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The score stood at 0-0 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The wind increased when Valentin Ted made the kick off in the second half. Serafin Guipuzkoa hit a great freekick 52 minutes into the match. Cosme Otsoko received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 58th minute. Leonel Manilan tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Cosme Otsoko in the 63rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Leonel Manilan prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Valentin Ted recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 75th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Serafin Guipuzkoa fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 77th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Leonel Manilan having to interfere. When Cosme Otsoko came up free with the goalie in the 80th minute, the Fulton fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Cosme Otsoko couldn't finish the play. Cosme Otsoko fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 84th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Leonel Manilan having to interfere. 86 minutes into the match, Serafin Guipuzkoa had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Leonel Manilan. Sapitos FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Serafin Guipuzkoa was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-0. 95 minutes into the match, Sapitos FC's goal looked a bit too open when Cosme Otsoko came free, but Leonel Manilan reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. There was no doubt that Fulton were the better team. Fulton's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
