Spectators: 6673 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1673, VIP seats: 0) Faustino Azevedo started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. With a little luck, Huejeda's Florentino Mendiko got control of the ball when Nereo Toro tried to sneak it across the goal line. Gerardo Garaona sent away a hard shot on goal in the 8th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Faustino Azevedo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 16th minute. Cipriano Botello tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Huejeda's Florentino Mendiko played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Arnulfo Vela in the 18th minute of play. After 28 minutes, Francisco Henrico mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Rosa and the Huejeda players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of Huejeda booed when Rosa was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 28 match minutes in a wonderful position. Francisco Henrico didn't get a good kick on the ball. Faustino Azevedo struck a weak shot in the 29th minute. Cipriano Botello didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Huejeda. Cipriano Botello took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Faustino Azevedo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Nereo Toro had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 44th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Arnulfo Vela blasted a shot towards the goal in the 46th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Florentino Mendiko having to make a save. The first half was very even, with the score at 0-0 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

Florentino Mendiko showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Arnulfo Vela, who was totally free with the ball in the 58th minute. Nereo Toro sent away a hard shot on goal in the 67th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 68th minute, Arnulfo Vela ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Florentino Mendiko was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-0. Arnulfo Vela fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 72nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Florentino Mendiko having to interfere. Faustino Azevedo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 76th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 79thth minute of the game Arnulfo Vela who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Huejeda's Florentino Mendiko was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Huejeda's Florentino Mendiko played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Arnulfo Vela in the 81st minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 94th minute, Nereo Toro managed to get in a good position for a shot. Rosa's supporters rose to their feet, but Nereo Toro was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Florentino Mendiko breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Rosa had won after a very even match.
