After 33 played minutes Florida got a freekick which was hit by Fulgencio Jusepe. After some fancy dribbling in the 35th minute, Hipolito Gimenez managed to get in a good position for a shot. CA Villa Pueyrredon's supporters rose to their feet, but Hipolito Gimenez was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Dionisio Quintan breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After having played for 37 minutes, Hipolito Gimenez managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Haroldo Elequemedo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 77th minute. Celso Elixio tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Fulgencio Jusepe kicked well hit freekick during the 80th minute of the match. If Haroldo Elequemedo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 85th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.
