After some fancy dribbling in the 5th minute, Roque Cordeara managed to get in a good position for a shot. Shaqui's supporters rose to their feet, but Roque Cordeara was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Lisandro Bidari breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After a defensive mix-up in Shaqui's zone, Juan Moise stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Benedicto Elorri came out of the goal and Juan Moise tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Jairo Kemen sent away a hard shot on goal in the 12th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Juan Moise might have been able to make a better finish in the 21st minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Benedicto Elorri. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Juan Moise ran back to his position shaking his head. 24 minutes into the game, Emilio Blai was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Shaqui's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Ciclon AC the free kick. After having played for 42 minutes, Jairo Kemen managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Ciclon AC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Jairo Kemen was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After having played for 46 minutes, Jonas Cambranes managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. The Ciclon AC supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Shaqui's performance. The match ended with a win for Shaqui.
