Balsa's Timoteo Benvide played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Celestino Giraldo in the 26th minute of play. 31 minutes into the match, Balsa's goal looked a bit too open when Celestino Giraldo came free, but Timoteo Benvide reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 32 minutes into the game, Mario Blai was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Balsa's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Samuhi the free kick. A collision led to Balsa getting a freekick after 32 minutes play. Mario Blai hit a great ball. After a defensive mix-up in Balsa's zone, Casimiro Brais stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Timoteo Benvide came out of the goal and Casimiro Brais tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Iker Telesforo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 41st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 43 minutes into the match, Celestino Giraldo notched a goal, 0-2, to the right of Balsa's Timoteo Benvide. Timoteo Benvide was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Ismael Egun sent away a hard shot on goal in the 46th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. An unexpectedly hard shot by Celestino Giraldo in the 48th minute of play forced Balsa's goalkeeper Timoteo Benvide to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.

In the 54th minute, Celestino Giraldo fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Timoteo Benvide, passed just outside the right post. In the 57th minute Celestino Giraldo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Timoteo Benvide saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Mario Blai recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 60th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Balsa's Timoteo Benvide proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 62nd minute of the match, managed to save Balsa from getting a goal against them. Iker Telesforo's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 64thth minute, Timoteo Benvide skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Balsa's defense didn't have a chance, in the 73rd minute, when Celestino Giraldo scored to the left of an out of position Timoteo Benvide, making the score, 0-3. Iker Telesforo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 76th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Timoteo Benvide having to interfere. If Iker Telesforo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 86th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 87th minute, Celestino Giraldo got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After a defensive mix-up in Balsa's zone, Iker Telesforo stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Timoteo Benvide came out of the goal and Iker Telesforo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Samuhi played a much better game than Balsa and deserved their victory. The Balsa players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
