In the 14th match minute, lioners was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Efrain Osoro to maneuver through the defense. 17 minutes into the match, Victoriano Bilintx had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Laureano Boni. lioners's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Victoriano Bilintx was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. Laureano Boni came out of the goal in the 29th minute to try and stop a shot by Lunlunta AFC's Diego Vedillo. But to his dismay, Diego Vedillo quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. Laureano Boni showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Octavio Cibran, who was totally free with the ball in the 33rd minute. Lunlunta AFC's Victoriano Bilintx got a good chance for a goal in the 34th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Victoriano Bilintx recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 36th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 38 minutes into the match, lioners's goal looked a bit too open when Victoriano Bilintx came free, but Laureano Boni reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 40thth minute of the game Victoriano Bilintx who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but lioners's Laureano Boni was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Laureano Boni took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Victoriano Bilintx, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Octavio Cibran took the ball and in the 44 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Laureano Boni. Laureano Boni dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-3. Fidel Misael received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 47th minute. Norberto Beturian tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Disappointed in the 0-3 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Fidel Misael was the one to do the kick off. In the 52nd minute, Octavio Cibran fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. After some fancy dribbling in the 53rd minute, Victoriano Bilintx managed to get in a good position for a shot. Lunlunta AFC's supporters rose to their feet, but Victoriano Bilintx was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Laureano Boni breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Octavio Cibran fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 55th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Laureano Boni having to interfere. In the 57th minute, Octavio Cibran got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 59 minutes into the game, Bernabe Primeiro was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. lioners's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Lunlunta AFC the free kick. In the 59th minute, one of lioners:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for lioners. 66 minutes into the game, Lunlunta AFC's Octavio Cibran nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Laureano Boni made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-5. 68 minutes into the game, Andres Jerrold was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Lunlunta AFC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave lioners the free kick. A collision led to Lunlunta AFC getting a freekick after 68 minutes play. Andres Jerrold hit a great ball. The crowd rose to their feet as Lunlunta AFC's Octavio Cibran slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Laureano Boni. That made the score 0-6 after 70 minutes of play. If Victoriano Bilintx had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 73rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Octavio Cibran came up free with the goalie in the 75th minute, the Lunlunta AFC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Octavio Cibran couldn't finish the play. In the 77th minute of the match, Victoriano Bilintx tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Laureano Boni saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Laureano Boni showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Victoriano Bilintx in the 79th minute of the match. Victoriano Bilintx recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 81st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 82 minutes into the match, lioners's goalkeeper Laureano Boni had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Octavio Cibran. Octavio Cibran sent away a hard shot on goal in the 84th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Laureano Boni was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Victoriano Bilintx showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 0-7 in the 85 minute of play. Nicolas Bernabel kicked well hit freekick during the 90th minute of the match. In the 92nd minute, Octavio Cibran got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. With a little luck, lioners's Laureano Boni got control of the ball when Octavio Cibran tried to sneak it across the goal line. Lunlunta AFC's Octavio Cibran got a good chance for a goal in the 98th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar.
