Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Desiderio Ralondo kicked off to start the match. Vicente Txeru sent away a hard shot on goal in the 6th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Lechuza FC's Clodoveo Gai got a good chance for a goal in the 10th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. A collision led to Lechuza FC getting a freekick after 12 minutes play. Luisito Dodorol hit a great ball. In the 13th minute, Constantino Asteri hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Lechuza FC's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Constantino Asteri 15 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 1-0. In the 19th minute, Vicente Txeru made a precise shot to the right of Uriel Sotil. Lechuza FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-0. If Constantino Asteri had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 22nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Constantino Asteri fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 25th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Uriel Sotil having to interfere. With a little luck, Lechuza FC's Uriel Sotil got control of the ball when Vicente Txeru tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 28th minute, Vicente Txeru got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. When the match clock showed 34 minutes, the score became 3-0 when Vicente Txeru sped through Lechuza FC's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Uriel Sotil. If Constantino Asteri had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 37th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. After 42 played minutes Lechuza FC got a freekick which was hit by Amador Hulberto. If Constantino Asteri had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 46th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Obanta's Jose Vigil shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 48th minute of play. The shot was stopped by Uriel Sotil but with some difficulty. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 3-0 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Constantino Asteri was the one to do the kick off. The supporters of Obanta booed when Lechuza FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 55 match minutes in a wonderful position. Cornelio Montrelle didn't get a good kick on the ball. Uriel Sotil showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Vicente Txeru, who was totally free with the ball in the 56th minute. The audience was convinced that Constantino Asteri's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Uriel Sotil was relentless in the 65th minute of the game. In the 70th minute, Desiderio Ralondo fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. After 71 minutes, Aaron Belasko mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Obanta and the Lechuza FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 71st match minute, Obanta was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Aaron Belasko to maneuver through the defense. In the 74th minute, Constantino Asteri made a precise shot to the right of Uriel Sotil. Lechuza FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 4-0. After some fancy dribbling in the 77th minute, Clodoveo Gai managed to get in a good position for a shot. Lechuza FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Clodoveo Gai was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Elvio Steven breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Luisito Dodorol's late challenge caught a Obanta's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Luisito Dodorol helped the player get up and apologised. Luisito Dodorol kicked well hit freekick during the 80th minute of the match. In the 83rd minute, Vicente Txeru left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Obanta fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 5-0. If Vicente Txeru had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 89th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Uriel Sotil came out of the goal in the 90th minute to try and stop a shot by Obanta's Constantino Asteri. But to his dismay, Constantino Asteri quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 6-0. After having played for 94 minutes, Vicente Txeru managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Obanta's supporters crossed their fingers, but Vicente Txeru was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Uriel Sotil took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Aaron Belasko, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side.
