Malutron FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Rogelio Isadore was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Rogelio Isadore in the 18thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Mariano Naike, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. After some fancy dribbling in the 43rd minute, Saturnino Barros managed to get in a good position for a shot. Domínguez FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Saturnino Barros was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Gustavo Montxo breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After a rather tough play, Malutron FC's Francisco Sugar got a free kick in the 44th minute. After 47 minutes Malutron FC's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Enzo Solustiano who took care of the corner kick. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Rogelio Isadore was the one to do the kick off. Mariano Naike showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Rogelio Isadore, who was totally free with the ball in the 57th minute. 64 minutes into the game, Elpidio Ixona cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-0. Mariano Naike was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. The audience thought a goal was coming when Saturnino Barros got free with Gustavo Montxo in the 73rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Malutron FC's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. In the 87th minute, Bernabe Pirro sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Domínguez FC's Mariano Naike didn't even have to move. After some careless play in the Malutron FC defense, Saturnino Barros kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Gustavo Montxo. The Malutron FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Gustavo Montxo should have stopped the shot. Malutron FC's Cirilo Artizar suffered a concussion in the 94th minute, after a hard challenge, and had to leave the field. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Ermegildo Segio during the 95th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 96 played minutes Domínguez FC got a freekick which was hit by Ermegildo Segio. The second half was just like the first, even and exciting. The match ended in a draw.
