Candido Inges short, quick shot in the 13thth minute got Silvestre Urdin to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Silvestre Urdin stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Vladimiro Oso's shot from short distance in the 16th minute. After a defensive mix-up in Los Redondos's zone, Candido Inge stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Silvestre Urdin came out of the goal and Candido Inge tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 21st minute, Fabio Cordaryal ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Severiano Franco was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. Severiano Franco showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Teodoro Frances in the 27th minute of the match. In the 31st minute, Los Redondos's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Candido Inge fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. Candido Inge fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 35th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Silvestre Urdin having to interfere. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Fabio Cordaryal stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. The supporters of Encrucijada booed when Los Redondos was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 61 match minutes in a wonderful position. Tobias Lastur didn't get a good kick on the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 63rd minute, Vladimiro Oso managed to get in a good position for a shot. Encrucijada's supporters rose to their feet, but Vladimiro Oso was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Silvestre Urdin breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Silvestre Urdin showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Candido Inge, who was totally free with the ball in the 78th minute. Encrucijada walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
