The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.

The supporters of Pedregal booed when Club Atletico River Plate was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 56 match minutes in a wonderful position. Marco Bazkoare didn't get a good kick on the ball. Elpidio Koldobika made an important save on a dangerous shot by Ivan Urbes in the 58th minute. Rigoberto Frasco kicked well hit freekick during the 64th minute of the match. Club Atletico River Plate's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Pedregal the free kick. The supporters of Pedregal booed when Club Atletico River Plate was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 88 match minutes in a wonderful position. Rigoberto Frasco didn't get a good kick on the ball. When the final whistle went the supporters of Pedregal were delighted that their team had defeated the much more dominant Club Atletico River Plate side.
