When the match clock showed 5 minutes, the score became 0-1 when Everardo Michael sped through Gorina FC's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Lucas Bertol. In the 13th match minute, Gorina FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Enzo Tajo to maneuver through the defense. Romeo Igon did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 1-1 to the left of a surprised Esteve Gotzon 15 minutes into the match. Esteve Gotzon showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Enzo Tajo in the 19th minute of the match. Esteve Gotzon made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Romeo Igon in the 22nd minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Honorio Luar got free with Esteve Gotzon in the 23rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 25th minute the ball was on its way in behind Gorina FC's goalkeeper Lucas Bertol, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Romeo Igon fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 26th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Esteve Gotzon having to interfere. Esteve Gotzon stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Romeo Igon's shot from short distance in the 29th minute. In the 30th minute, Cotorra FC's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Honorio Luar fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. If Romeo Igon had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 34th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Romeo Igon was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 36th minute. Gorina FC's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. Romeo Igon fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 42nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Esteve Gotzon having to interfere. Romeo Igon sent away a hard shot on goal in the 44th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

2-2 became the score in the 60th minute when Honorio Luar elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. Romeo Igon succeeded in the game's 64th minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 3-2. When Enzo Tajo came up free with the goalie in the 71st minute, the Gorina FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Enzo Tajo couldn't finish the play. After 72 minutes, Oscar Taurino mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Cotorra FC and the Gorina FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to Cotorra FC getting a freekick after 72 minutes play. Oscar Taurino hit a great ball. Esteve Gotzon made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Romeo Igon in the 73rd minute of play. When Honorio Luar came up free with the goalie in the 77th minute, the Gorina FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Honorio Luar couldn't finish the play. In the 86th minute, Everardo Michael got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. If Romeo Igon had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 93rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Romeo Igon struck a weak shot in the 95th minute. Esteve Gotzon didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Gorina FC. 97 minutes into the match, Romeo Igon had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Esteve Gotzon. Cotorra FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Romeo Igon was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 4-2. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Gorina FC had played much better football throughout.
