Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Eleuterio Orain started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. After some fancy dribbling in the 5th minute, Eleuterio Orain managed to get in a good position for a shot. Taananee's supporters rose to their feet, but Eleuterio Orain was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Faustino Gonzales breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Marcelo Inocente kicked well hit freekick during the 6th minute of the match. After 14 minutes, Marcelo Inocente mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Echagüe and the Taananee players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 14th minute, Marcelo Inocente hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Faustino Gonzales took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Eleuterio Orain, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Jimeno Nahia received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 20th minute. Faustino Gonzales tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Anacleto Abaunza's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Eugenio Perez read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 22nd minute of play. When Fulgencio Macario fell near the penalty area in the 24th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Taananee's protests and gave Fulgencio Macario a yellow card for diving instead. Anier Nuno fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 27th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Eugenio Perez having to interfere. Taananee's Eugenio Perez played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Anier Nuno in the 29th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Echagüe's Nemesio Jordy got a free kick in the 32nd minute. Eleuterio Orain fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 35th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Faustino Gonzales having to interfere. Anacleto Abaunza fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 38th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Eugenio Perez having to interfere. Anacleto Abaunza recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 40th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Taananee's Eugenio Perez proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 44th minute of the match, managed to save Taananee from getting a goal against them. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

Cipriano Salvator kicked well hit freekick during the 51st minute of the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 52nd minute, Anibal Oliveiro managed to get in a good position for a shot. Echagüe's Anacleto Abaunza got a good chance for a goal in the 55th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Anier Nuno fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 57th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Eugenio Perez having to interfere. Anacleto Abaunza sent away a hard shot on goal in the 59th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Anier Nuno sent away a hard shot on goal in the 61st minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. If Anacleto Abaunza had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 61st minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. The Echagüe fans' excitement grew in the 62nd match minute when Echagüe's Anier Nuno looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. In the 65th minute, Anier Nuno got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The audience thought a goal was coming when Jimeno Nahia got free with Faustino Gonzales in the 72nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Anacleto Abaunza struck a weak shot in the 73rd minute. Eugenio Perez didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Echagüe.
