If Prudencio Iraitz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 28th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The audience thought a goal was coming when Orlando Lehior got free with Eusebio Guipuzkoa in the 29th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Gustavo Corderall struck a weak shot in the 34th minute. Cirilo Amaya didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for arroyo colon. Cirilo Amaya showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Eduardo Raymundo, who was totally free with the ball in the 36th minute. arroyo colon's Eduardo Raymundo got a good chance for a goal in the 43rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. With a little luck, Pinto's Cirilo Amaya got control of the ball when Eduardo Raymundo tried to sneak it across the goal line. After 74 minutes of play, arroyo colon's Eduardo Raymundo made it 1-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Pinto's supporters crossed their fingers, but Orlando Lehior was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Eusebio Guipuzkoa showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Prudencio Iraitz, who was totally free with the ball in the 87th minute. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 90th minute of the game. One of Pinto:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of arroyo colon:s goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 95th minute, Eduardo Raymundo managed to get in a good position for a shot. arroyo colon's supporters rose to their feet, but Eduardo Raymundo was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Cirilo Amaya breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Prudencio Iraitz sent away a hard shot on goal in the 97th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal.
