Zeledon Lano fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 25th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Edelmiro Peruxu having to interfere. Jesus Corderun recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 44th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. With a little luck, Elida FC's Edelmiro Peruxu got control of the ball when Siro Pirmin tried to sneak it across the goal line. Siro Pirmin received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 47th minute. Edelmiro Peruxu tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

A collision led to Naicó getting a freekick after 56 minutes play. Maximiliano Gora hit a great ball. Maximiliano Leheren made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Freddy Galindo in the 57th minute of play. Zeledon Lano charged in rather forcefully in the 63rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Zeledon Lano the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Zeledon Lano hit a great freekick 63 minutes into the match. Simon Quinten fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 67th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Maximiliano Leheren having to interfere. If Zeledon Lano had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 74th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. After recieving a nice pass, Naicó's Leon Ticho tried to score from far away in the 78th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. Siro Pirmin struck a weak shot in the 79th minute. Edelmiro Peruxu didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Naicó. After 88 minutes of play Elida FC's Leonel Primeiro was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. Leonel Primeiro hit a great ball. 90 minutes into the match, Naicó's Leon Ticho broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. Zeledon Lano sent away a hard shot on goal in the 92nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Siro Pirmin hit a great freekick 94 minutes into the match. After a defensive mix-up in Elida FC's zone, Siro Pirmin stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Edelmiro Peruxu came out of the goal and Siro Pirmin tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play.
