Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Edgardo Azevedo kicked off to start the match. The audience was convinced that Anacleto Laurentzi's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Leopoldo Galindo was relentless in the 10th minute of the game. Leopoldo Galindo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Anacleto Laurentzi in the 13th minute of the match. In the 28th minute Anacleto Laurentzi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Leopoldo Galindo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Benito Roland kicked well hit freekick during the 30th minute of the match. Aguirres's Baldomiro Matthew shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 30th minute of play. The shot was stopped by Leopoldo Galindo but with some difficulty. The audience thought a goal was coming when Placido Claris got free with Leopoldo Galindo in the 33rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Placido Claris received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 40th minute. Leopoldo Galindo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Anacleto Laurentzi recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 43rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. With a little luck, Basavilbaso AFC's Leopoldo Galindo got control of the ball when Placido Claris tried to sneak it across the goal line. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Anacleto Laurentzi was the one to do the kick off. Leopoldo Galindo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Placido Claris in the 51st minute of play. 53 minutes into the match, Basavilbaso AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Anacleto Laurentzi came free, but Leopoldo Galindo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Anacleto Laurentzi fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 55th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Leopoldo Galindo having to interfere. In the 58th minute Placido Claris shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Leopoldo Galindo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Placido Claris struck a weak shot in the 60th minute. Leopoldo Galindo didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Aguirres. In a very dangerous position, a player in Aguirres fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 61st minute. Penalty! Jeronimo Bernal walked up to take care of the penalty kick. He was aiming for the top corner, but the ball went just outside the post. In the 70th match minute, Basavilbaso AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Domingo Lugo to maneuver through the defense. After 79 minutes of play, Aguirres's Placido Claris made it 3-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Leopoldo Galindo was left in no man's land by his defense there! When Aguirres's Placido Claris in the 83rd minute got a chance for a shot 83rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Basavilbaso AFC's goalie prevented a goal. If Anacleto Laurentzi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 84th minute. In the 91st match minute, Basavilbaso AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Marciano Bastiaro to maneuver through the defense. Leopoldo Galindo came out of the goal in the 92nd minute to try and stop a shot by Aguirres's Anacleto Laurentzi. But to his dismay, Anacleto Laurentzi quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-1. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Aguirres had played much better football throughout.
