MERCEDES's Omar Restu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Amado Mergildo in the 11th minute of play. Omar Restu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Faustino Napier, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Amado Mergildo might have been able to make a better finish in the 14th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Omar Restu. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Amado Mergildo ran back to his position shaking his head. Amado Mergildo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 17th minute. Omar Restu tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Faustino Napier in the 19th minute of play forced C. A. MERCEDES's goalkeeper Omar Restu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 21 minutes of play, Linch AFC's Amado Mergildo made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Omar Restu was left in no man's land by his defense there! Amado Mergildo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 24th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Omar Restu having to interfere. Faustino Napier sent away a hard shot on goal in the 26th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 28 minutes into the match, Linch AFC's Faustino Napier sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Omar Restu narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After a rather tough play, C. A. MERCEDES's Ildefonso Jurdan got a free kick in the 32nd minute. In the 35th minute Faustino Napier shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Omar Restu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Omar Restu stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Ulises Frasco's shot from short distance in the 46th minute.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Adrian Orti stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Omar Restu made a fantastic save in the 53rd minute, when Amado Mergildo sent off a good shot on target. C. A. MERCEDES's Omar Restu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ulises Frasco in the 55th minute of play. Linch AFC's Amado Mergildo got a good chance for a goal in the 56th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. If Faustino Napier had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 60th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Thanks to some nice moves Amado Mergildo could shoot a difficult shot in the 62nd minute, which Omar Restu however easily saved by the left post. In the 64th minute the ball was on its way in behind C. A. MERCEDES's goalkeeper Omar Restu, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Amado Mergildo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 65th minute. Omar Restu tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 67 minutes into the match, Amado Mergildo dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Omar Restu, 0-4. Faustino Napier received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 70th minute. Omar Restu tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in C. A. MERCEDES's zone, Faustino Napier stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Omar Restu came out of the goal and Faustino Napier tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After 74 played minutes C. A. MERCEDES got a freekick which was hit by Pascual Cefero. In the 77th match minute, C. A. MERCEDES was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Pascual Cefero to maneuver through the defense. C. A. MERCEDES's Omar Restu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Faustino Napier in the 79th minute of play. When Linch AFC's Faustino Napier in the 80th minute got a chance for a shot 80th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye C. A. MERCEDES's goalie prevented a goal. Omar Restu made a fantastic save in the 83rd minute, when Amado Mergildo sent off a good shot on target. Faustino Napier recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 84th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Amado Mergildo came free with the goalkeeper in the 86th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Omar Restu could save by the left post. Omar Restu made a fantastic save in the 92nd minute, when Amado Mergildo sent off a good shot on target. Faustino Napier received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 94th minute. Omar Restu tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. A hard shot 96 in the game by Amado Mergildo from a close distance when the talented Omar Restu managed to make a qualified save. C. A. MERCEDES's players were relieved. When the match was over Linch AFC could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than C. A. MERCEDES throughout the match.
