Nemesio Vargas recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 20th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Nemesio Vargas might have been able to make a better finish in the 22nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Isidoro Pancho. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Nemesio Vargas ran back to his position shaking his head. With his leg Isidoro Pancho managed to avoid a goal in the 26thth minute, when Caminiaga's Osvaldo Ixidor fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. After a rather tough play, Caminiaga's Nemesio Vargas got a free kick in the 34th minute. Isidoro Pancho showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Nemesio Vargas in the 37th minute of the match. Osvaldo Ixidor came free with the goalkeeper in the 40th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Isidoro Pancho could save by the left post. The referee felt a red card was in order, 42 minutes into the game, when Teodosio Jacindo put in a rough tackle. In the 44th minute there was a penalty for Puro Huevo. Benjamin Benat stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Feliberto Cresconio. 1-1. The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Osvaldo Ixidor to strike the kick off in the second half. When the match clock showed 55 minutes, the score became 1-2 when Teofilo Urtats sped through Caminiaga's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Feliberto Cresconio. 63 minutes into the game, Esteban Oliveiro was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Puro Huevo's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Caminiaga the free kick.
