Spectators: 7273 (Terracing: 5484, Seating: 1681, VIP seats: 108) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Arsenio Geofredo took the kick off in the first half of the match. Ermegildo Endira received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 3rd minute. Honorio Lizer tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. With a little luck, Nirihau's Cesar Ledesma got control of the ball when Bonifacio Romano tried to sneak it across the goal line. After 14 played minutes Nirihau got a freekick which was hit by Gilberto Txindoki. In the 17th minute, Bonifacio Romano left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Moreno FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-0. Arsenio Geofredo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 20th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 21st match minute, Moreno FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Genaro Tiso to maneuver through the defense. Bonifacio Romano could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 24th minute of the match, but Cesar Ledesma made a huge save. The supporters of Moreno FC booed when Nirihau was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 24 match minutes in a wonderful position. Tomás Matai didn't get a good kick on the ball. Leon Quentin sent away a hard shot on goal in the 26th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After having played for 30 minutes, Bonifacio Romano managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Moreno FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Bonifacio Romano was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Ermegildo Endira recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 32nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Nirihau's Cesar Ledesma played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Leon Quentin in the 35th minute of play. The supporters of Moreno FC booed when Nirihau was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 36 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gilberto Txindoki didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 40th minute Tomás Matai shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Honorio Lizer saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Arsenio Geofredo struck a weak shot in the 42nd minute. Honorio Lizer didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Nirihau. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

The wind increased when Leon Quentin made the kick off in the second half. Honorio Lizer showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Arsenio Geofredo in the 59th minute of the match. In the 61st minute, Ermegildo Endira left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Nirihau fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-1. After 69 played minutes Moreno FC got a freekick which was hit by Siro Perez. Nirihau's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Igor Geofredo in the 72nd minute. Generoso Ihazintu made a great header on Nirihau's corner, it was just that Moreno FC's Honorio Lizer managed to reach the ball for a save. In the 77th minute, Aaron Hever hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When Leon Quentin came up free with the goalie in the 80th minute, the Moreno FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Leon Quentin couldn't finish the play. When Moreno FC's Siro Perez in the 85th minute got a chance for a shot 85th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Nirihau's goalie prevented a goal. Honorio Lizer took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Arsenio Geofredo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Leon Quentin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 92nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Cesar Ledesma made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bonifacio Romano in the 96th minute of play. Ermegildo Endira fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 98th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Honorio Lizer having to interfere. The second half was just like the first, even and exciting. The match ended in a draw.
