Niceto Sedeni didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Bompland. The audience thought a goal was coming when Evaristo Enekoitz got free with Niceto Sedeni in the 40th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 41st minute of the match, Evaristo Enekoitz got a very nice opportunity to score, but Niceto Sedeni was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Evaristo Enekoitz made a kick off. After a defensive mix-up in Carhué FC's zone, Evaristo Enekoitz stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Niceto Sedeni came out of the goal and Evaristo Enekoitz tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Bompland's Braulio Cebo proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 81st minute of the match, managed to save Bompland from getting a goal against them. Evaristo Enekoitz's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Niceto Sedeni read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 83rd minute of play. Carhué FC's Niceto Sedeni played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Evaristo Enekoitz in the 91st minute of play. Evaristo Enekoitz fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 93rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Niceto Sedeni having to interfere. Bompland were disappointed that they only managed a draw, even though they felt themselves to be the better team.
