Spectators: 7274 (Terracing: 5457, Seating: 1673, VIP seats: 144) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Fabio Tiniebra started the match with the kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Edgard Roano in the 7th minute of play forced Carreras FC's goalkeeper Guido Rik to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Edgard Roano scored 0-1 in the 13th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Guido Rik, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Maximiliano Tolino was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Anastasio Abel showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-1 in the 16 minute of play. Anastasio Abel received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 22nd minute. Maximiliano Tolino tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Anastasio Abel had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 24th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Guido Rik showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Edgard Roano, who was totally free with the ball in the 27th minute. After 30 minutes, Remigio Balasi mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Zapiola AFC and the Carreras FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, Zapiola AFC's Remigio Balasi got a free kick in the 30th minute. Feliciano Sanduru was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 31st played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. Feliciano Sanduru charged in rather forcefully in the 35th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Feliciano Sanduru the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 35th match minute, Carreras FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Feliciano Sanduru to maneuver through the defense. Edgard Roano fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 36th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Guido Rik having to interfere. Carreras FC's Guido Rik played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Edgard Roano in the 38th minute of play. Fabio Tiniebra received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 41st minute. Maximiliano Tolino tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Edgard Roano was the one to do the kick off. After some fancy dribbling in the 53rd minute, Anastasio Abel managed to get in a good position for a shot. Carreras FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Anastasio Abel was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Maximiliano Tolino breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Benedicto Remicio sent away a hard shot on goal in the 57th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. With his leg Guido Rik managed to avoid a goal in the 60thth minute, when Zapiola AFC's Benedicto Remicio fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Anastasio Abel recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 61st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When Edgard Roano came up free with the goalie in the 63rd minute, the Zapiola AFC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Edgard Roano couldn't finish the play. Maximiliano Tolino didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Fabio Tiniebra went, in the 67th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-1 was the resulting score. Edgard Roano sent away a hard shot on goal in the 73rd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. 76 minutes into the game, Romeo Cresconio was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Carreras FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Zapiola AFC the free kick. 75 minutes into the game, one of Carreras FC:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. The goalkeeper, Guido Rik, was totally fooled by Zapiola AFC's Miguel Horado, who 77 minutes into the game made a penalty shot that went in on the goalkeeper's left side. Benedicto Remicio who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 84thth minute tested the skills of Guido Rik when he managed to save the team from getting behind. 3-2 became the score in the 90th minute when Anastasio Abel elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Carreras FC had won after a very even match.
