Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) C.A Cardos de Tandil's Nunez Marko started the match with a crisp pass. Gonzalo Selmo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 15th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Honorio Oihan having to interfere. In the 16th minute Jimeno Tomi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Honorio Oihan saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 19th minute, Teobaldo Pacorro managed to get in a good position for a shot. C.A Cardos de Tandil's supporters rose to their feet, but Teobaldo Pacorro was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Guillermo Abalos breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Leo Olando took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 23rd minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Guillermo Abalos. Aluminé's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Guillermo Abalos showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Nunez Marko, who was totally free with the ball in the 27th minute. Jimeno Tomi received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 30th minute. Honorio Oihan tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Honorio Oihan stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Gonzalo Selmo's shot from short distance in the 34th minute. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The wind increased when Jimeno Tomi made the kick off in the second half. Teobaldo Pacorro received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 52nd minute. Guillermo Abalos tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Alonzo Arotza hit a great freekick 56 minutes into the match. Jimeno Tomi's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Honorio Oihan read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 60th minute of play. In the 64th match minute, Aluminé was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ezequiel Sustrai to maneuver through the defense. Leo Olando recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 65th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After a defensive mix-up in C.A Cardos de Tandil's zone, Gonzalo Selmo stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Honorio Oihan came out of the goal and Gonzalo Selmo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. If Teobaldo Pacorro had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 70th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 73rd minute Gonzalo Selmo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Honorio Oihan saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a rather tough play, C.A Cardos de Tandil's Baldomiro Presebal got a free kick in the 74th minute. When the match clock showed 82 minutes, the score became 2-0 when Jimeno Tomi sped through C.A Cardos de Tandil's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Honorio Oihan. After some careless play in the C.A Cardos de Tandil defense, Jimeno Tomi kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Honorio Oihan. The C.A Cardos de Tandil fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Honorio Oihan should have stopped the shot.
