Spectators: 6654 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1654, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Rolando Rey kicked off to start the match. In the 4th minute, KARTUBO's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Juan Marques fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. After some careless play in the KARTUBO defense, Alfredo Mambru kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Prudencio Txomin. The KARTUBO fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Prudencio Txomin should have stopped the shot. Alfredo Mambru did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 2-0 to the left of a surprised Prudencio Txomin 15 minutes into the match. In the 20th minute, Ciudadela Sur's Juan Marques ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Prudencio Txomin. Prudencio Txomin yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 3-0. Ciudadela Sur's Alfredo Mambru got a good chance for a goal in the 23rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Prudencio Txomin made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alfredo Mambru in the 25th minute of play. Alfredo Mambru fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 30th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Prudencio Txomin having to interfere. If Teofilo Eneas had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 32nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Prudencio Txomin made an important save on a dangerous shot by Juan Marques in the 41st minute. After a rather tough play, Ciudadela Sur's Fernan Vedillo got a free kick in the 41st minute. Florentino Laurentzi kicked well hit freekick during the 44th minute of the match. Fernan Vedillo's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Prudencio Txomin read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 46th minute of play. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Alfredo Mambru stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Prudencio Txomin showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Juan Marques in the 58th minute of the match. In the 63rd minute, Juan Marques got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 65 minutes into the match, KARTUBO's goal looked a bit too open when Juan Marques came free, but Prudencio Txomin reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Juan Marques received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 68th minute. Prudencio Txomin tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Prudencio Txomin showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alfredo Mambru, who was totally free with the ball in the 74th minute. Alfredo Mambru blasted a shot towards the goal in the 76th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Prudencio Txomin having to make a save. In the 78th minute, Alfredo Mambru ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Prudencio Txomin was frozen by the shot and now it was 4-0. In the 83rd minute, Alfredo Mambru got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Prudencio Txomin showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alfredo Mambru in the 86th minute of the match. Fernan Vedillo charged in rather forcefully in the 87th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Fernan Vedillo the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 87 played minutes Ciudadela Sur got a freekick which was hit by Fernan Vedillo. Prudencio Txomin made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Juan Marques in the 95th minute of play. A collision led to KARTUBO getting a freekick after 96 minutes play. Rolando Rey hit a great ball. After 98 played minutes KARTUBO got a freekick which was hit by Rolando Rey. In the 102nd minute, Juan Marques got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Ciudadela Sur's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
