Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Florentino Lertxun ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 9th minute, Marcelino Irrintzi reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Jorge Urbes. The goal made the score 1-0. Morea AFC's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Marcelino Irrintzi 13 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 2-0. After a rather tough play, Morea AFC's Jorge Janpier got a free kick in the 18th minute. Orlando Cilio's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 19thth minute, Jorge Urbes skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. In the 21st minute, Ladislao Loco hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Florentino Lertxun during the 22nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of Garat AFC booed when Morea AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 22 match minutes in a wonderful position. Florentino Lertxun didn't get a good kick on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Florentino Lertxun in the 24th minute of play forced Garat AFC's goalkeeper Leonardo Hartz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Marcelino Irrintzi received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 29th minute. Jorge Urbes tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Orlando Cilio recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 31st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Jorge Janpier hit a great freekick 32 minutes into the match. Ceferino Arlo charged in rather forcefully in the 33rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Ceferino Arlo the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 33rd match minute, Morea AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ceferino Arlo to maneuver through the defense. Garat AFC's Anselmo Lluc couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 34th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Morea AFC. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Florentino Lertxun in the 40th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Leonardo Hartz saved Garat AFC from getting behind. In the 42nd minute Carmelo Orixe shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Leonardo Hartz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Leonardo Hartz stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Carmelo Orixe's shot from short distance in the 46th minute. After having played for 48 minutes, Florentino Lertxun managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Morea AFC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Florentino Lertxun was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

Carmelo Orixe fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 54th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Leonardo Hartz having to interfere. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Florentino Lertxun in the 56th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Leonardo Hartz prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After some fancy dribbling in the 59th minute, Florentino Lertxun managed to get in a good position for a shot. Morea AFC's supporters rose to their feet, but Florentino Lertxun was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Leonardo Hartz breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Florentino Lertxun sent away a hard shot on goal in the 61st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. Leonardo Hartz dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-1. 79 minutes into the match, Florentino Lertxun dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Leonardo Hartz, 2-2. Marcelino Irrintzi sent away a hard shot on goal in the 90th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 96 minutes in the game, Florentino Lertxun fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Leonardo Hartz having to interfere. The teams fought very hard right up to the final whistle. Both sets of players were happy to go away with a draw.
