In the 5th minute Emiliano Ricart shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cosme Lazcano saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Emiliano Ricart fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 15th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Cosme Lazcano having to interfere. Everyone was convinced a goal was close when Agustoni's Emiliano Ricart in the 22nd minute lifted the ball towards the upper right corner, but Cosme Lazcano was perfectly placed and prevented a goal for Pata De Palo Fc through an amazing save. Omar Henrico sent away a hard shot on goal in the 26th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a defensive mix-up in Pata De Palo Fc's zone, Emiliano Ricart stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Cosme Lazcano came out of the goal and Emiliano Ricart tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 29 minutes into the match, Laureano Esiquio notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Agustoni's Oscar Espiridion. Oscar Espiridion was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. The supporters of Agustoni booed when Pata De Palo Fc was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 32 match minutes in a wonderful position. Candido Guillem didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 34 played minutes, Agustoni's Amador Noe shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Cosme Lazcano came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Agustoni reached it. In the 35th minute, Ezequiel Hartz hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Cosme Lazcano showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Emiliano Ricart, who was totally free with the ball in the 36th minute. If Emiliano Ricart had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 37th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Felix Tajo kicked well hit freekick during the 39th minute of the match. Emiliano Ricart received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Cosme Lazcano came out and tried to block the shot, but Emiliano Ricart slotted it home off the left post making it 1-1 in the 41st minute. Cosme Lazcano took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Emiliano Ricart, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.
The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Laureano Esiquio was the one to do the kick off. Emiliano Ricart sent away a hard shot on goal in the 52nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Felix Tajo charged in rather forcefully in the 61st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Felix Tajo the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 61 played minutes Pata De Palo Fc got a freekick which was hit by Felix Tajo. When Agustoni's Omar Henrico in the 62nd minute got a chance for a shot 62nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Pata De Palo Fc's goalie prevented a goal. Emiliano Ricart fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 63rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Cosme Lazcano having to interfere. After 68 played minutes Laureano Esiquio rounded Agustoni's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 2-2. Cosme Lazcano showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Emiliano Ricart, who was totally free with the ball in the 76th minute. Omar Henrico sent away a hard shot on goal in the 77th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 79 minutes into the match, Omar Henrico had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Cosme Lazcano. Pata De Palo Fc's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Omar Henrico was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-2. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Omar Henrico in the 85th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Cosme Lazcano saved Pata De Palo Fc from getting behind. Emiliano Ricart fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 87th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Cosme Lazcano having to interfere. After having played for 90 minutes, Omar Henrico managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Agustoni's supporters crossed their fingers, but Omar Henrico was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. If Emiliano Ricart had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 93rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After having played for 96 minutes, Omar Henrico managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Agustoni's supporters crossed their fingers, but Omar Henrico was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Agustoni had played much better football throughout.
