Spectators: 6853 (Terracing: 5353, Seating: 1460, VIP seats: 40) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Miguel Tristan started the match with the kick off. The supporters of SANTA ES TANDIL booed when CD Halbuckerquer was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 2 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ernesto Onofre didn't get a good kick on the ball. With an all-out effort, SANTA ES TANDIL's Severiano Evangelista threw himself towards the right post 5 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Miguel Tristan, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. 6 minutes into the game, Miguel Tristan was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. SANTA ES TANDIL's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave CD Halbuckerquer the free kick. After 7 played minutes SANTA ES TANDIL got a freekick which was hit by Miguel Tristan. Alejo Tauro fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 8th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mateo Chico having to interfere. Mateo Chico showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Arnulfo Orlondo in the 10th minute of the match. Ambrosio Mero kicked well hit freekick during the 12th minute of the match. Aurelio Oso took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 12th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Mateo Chico. SANTA ES TANDIL's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Arnulfo Orlondo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 13th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Arnulfo Orlondo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 15th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Miguel Tristan recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 19th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Severiano Evangelista was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 22nd minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Natalio Gerazan. SANTA ES TANDIL's Laureano Bladi got a good chance for a goal in the 24th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. CD Halbuckerquer's Aurelio Oso couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 27th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for SANTA ES TANDIL. An unexpectedly hard shot by Alejo Tauro in the 29th minute of play forced SANTA ES TANDIL's goalkeeper Mateo Chico to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Evelio Urtsin kicked well hit freekick during the 30th minute of the match. In the 34th minute, CD Halbuckerquer's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Miguel Tristan fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. Severiano Evangelista made an important save on a dangerous shot by Laureano Bladi in the 36th minute. Ciriaco Tximitx hit a great freekick 37 minutes into the match. Arnulfo Orlondo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 41st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. SANTA ES TANDIL's Ambrosio Mero got a good chance for a goal in the 48th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 0-0 after a close first half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Alejo Tauro to strike the kick off in the second half. Mateo Chico showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alejo Tauro, who was totally free with the ball in the 62nd minute. In the 64th match minute, CD Halbuckerquer was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Aurelio Oso to maneuver through the defense. Fernando Formerio missed a clear chance of a goal when in the 66 minute of the game fired away a shot, but unfortunally the ball went out to the Severiano Evangelista right hand side. Severiano Evangelista showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Laureano Bladi, who was totally free with the ball in the 81st minute. SANTA ES TANDIL's Mateo Chico played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alejo Tauro in the 83rd minute of play. In the 85th minute of the match, Arnulfo Orlondo got a very nice opportunity to score, but Mateo Chico was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. After having played for 86 minutes, Arnulfo Orlondo managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. CD Halbuckerquer's supporters crossed their fingers, but Arnulfo Orlondo was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. If Ciriaco Tximitx had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 88th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. CD Halbuckerquer's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
