In the 24th minute Santos Firmo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bernardino Lordi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Fermin Odilon hit a great freekick 25 minutes into the match. Primitivo Bela kicked well hit freekick during the 28th minute of the match. When Zeledon Barea came up free with the goalie in the 39th minute, the Tolosa fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Zeledon Barea couldn't finish the play. 41 minutes into the match, Piquillín FC's goal looked a bit too open when Zeledon Barea came free, but Cristian Ekialde reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With a little luck, Piquillín FC's Cristian Ekialde got control of the ball when Fabio Clis tried to sneak it across the goal line. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Zeledon Barea to strike the kick off in the second half. Piquillín FC's Cristian Ekialde played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Claudio Hanot in the 83rd minute of play. The supporters of Tolosa booed when Piquillín FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 85 match minutes in a wonderful position. Primitivo Bela didn't get a good kick on the ball.
