After 35 minutes, Esteve Primeiro mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Anguilan AFC and the Gregorio AFC players grew even worse after the yellow card. Esteve Primeiro kicked well hit freekick during the 35th minute of the match. Esteve Primeiro fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 43rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Joaquin Gizon having to interfere. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Baldomero Ellande to make the kick off. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Ladislao Mancio in the 56th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Joaquin Gizon prevented the ball from getting in the gole. A collision led to Gregorio AFC getting a freekick after 60 minutes play. Nunez Viviano hit a great ball. Ladislao Mancio received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 61st minute. Joaquin Gizon tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Narciso Fernandez stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Fidel Abar's shot from short distance in the 64th minute. Joaquin Gizon showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ladislao Mancio in the 67th minute of the match. The supporters of Gregorio AFC booed when Anguilan AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 71 match minutes in a wonderful position. Omar Federigo didn't get a good kick on the ball. Fidel Abar sent away a hard shot on goal in the 78th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a defensive mix-up in Anguilan AFC's zone, Nunez Viviano stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Narciso Fernandez came out of the goal and Nunez Viviano tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Abelardo Cordeara's late challenge caught a Gregorio AFC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Abelardo Cordeara helped the player get up and apologised. Abelardo Cordeara kicked well hit freekick during the 83rd minute of the match. Aaron Min hit a great freekick 94 minutes into the match. After a rather tough play, Gregorio AFC's Nunez Viviano got a free kick in the 96th minute. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Gregorio AFC eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
