Eustacio Ricart showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Albano Bernaldo, who was totally free with the ball in the 5th minute. Eustacio Ricart took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Albano Bernaldo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Braulio Guillelme had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 18th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Marcelo Erroman took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Pedro Aragones, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Amador Sedeni's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Marcelo Erroman read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 28th minute of play. Braulio Guillelme recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 31st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After 36 played minutes Huracanes Del Porvenir got a freekick which was hit by Alberto Romero. Pedro Aragones sent away a hard shot on goal in the 43rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 45 minutes into the match, Huracanes Del Porvenir's goal looked a bit too open when Albano Bernaldo came free, but Eustacio Ricart reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With a little luck, Huracanes Del Porvenir's Eustacio Ricart got control of the ball when Braulio Guillelme tried to sneak it across the goal line. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Albano Bernaldo to make the kick off. New Monos Locos's Marcelo Erroman played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Pedro Aragones in the 53rd minute of play. Pedro Aragones took the ball and in the 53 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Marcelo Erroman. Marcelo Erroman dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. Marcelo Erroman made a fantastic save in the 57th minute, when Amador Sedeni sent off a good shot on target. In the 64th minute, Feliberto Artal hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 67th minute of the match Huracanes Del Porvenir got a corner. New Monos Locos's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Gustavo Christobal ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner ended in Gustavo Christobal almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but New Monos Locos's Marcelo Erroman did a great save. In the 74th match minute, Huracanes Del Porvenir was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gregorio Federigo to maneuver through the defense. New Monos Locos's attack was well implemented in the 76th minute, but when Albano Bernaldo was about to shoot he didn't get a good hit on the ball and it hit the crossbar and flew over. Goal Kick. 78 minutes into the match, Albano Bernaldo notched a goal, 1-1, to the right of Huracanes Del Porvenir's Eustacio Ricart. Eustacio Ricart was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Eustacio Ricart stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Braulio Guillelme's shot from short distance in the 83rd minute. New Monos Locos's Marcelo Erroman played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Pedro Aragones in the 84th minute of play. When Osvaldo Breogan fell near the penalty area in the 86th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored New Monos Locos's protests and gave Osvaldo Breogan a yellow card for diving instead. Osvaldo Breogan hit a great freekick 86 minutes into the match. In the 87th minute, Gustavo Christobal sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and New Monos Locos's Marcelo Erroman didn't even have to move. A collision led to New Monos Locos getting a freekick after 88 minutes play. Guido Rivero hit a great ball. When Pedro Aragones came up free with the goalie in the 91st minute, the Huracanes Del Porvenir fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Pedro Aragones couldn't finish the play. Braulio Guillelme might have been able to make a better finish in the 94th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Eustacio Ricart. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Braulio Guillelme ran back to his position shaking his head. 97 minutes into the match, Huracanes Del Porvenir's goal looked a bit too open when Albano Bernaldo came free, but Eustacio Ricart reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Jeers came from both ends of the stadium when the final whistle went. Neither team had looked impressive and the draw seeemd a fair result.
