Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Nicasio Eudoxio started the match with the kick off. Sergio Orlan might have been able to make a better finish in the 5th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Sergio Otsoa. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Sergio Orlan ran back to his position shaking his head. The referee felt a red card was in order, 7 minutes into the game, when Feliberto Petri put in a rough tackle. After 6 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Godoy FC! When the match had been going on for 9 minutes, Club Villa Domínico's Godofredo Thomas got an opportunity to shoot a penalty. He stayed cool and waited for the goalkeeper to move, before he confidently shot the ball into the goal, to the left of Sergio Otsoa. 13 minutes into the match, Sergio Orlan dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Sergio Otsoa, 2-0. In the 17th minute Sergio Orlan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Sergio Otsoa saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Eliseo Tercero made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Florencio Perrando in the 18th minute of play. Sergio Otsoa was out of position in the 21 minute of play, and Matias Evarado capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Matias Evarado really showed his touch with that goal: 3-0. Matias Evarado could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 28th minute of the match, but Sergio Otsoa made a huge save. Eliseo Tercero made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Florencio Perrando in the 32nd minute of play. If Sergio Orlan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 33rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Matias Evarado's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Sergio Otsoa read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 35th minute of play. In the 40th minute Sergio Orlan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Sergio Otsoa saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Sergio Otsoa made a fantastic save in the 42nd minute, when Matias Evarado sent off a good shot on target. After 43 minutes, Artemio Oso mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Godoy FC and the Club Villa Domínico players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of Club Villa Domínico booed when Godoy FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 43 match minutes in a wonderful position. Artemio Oso didn't get a good kick on the ball. Matias Evarado fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 44th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Sergio Otsoa having to interfere. Sergio Orlan recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 47th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 3-0.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Sergio Orlan was the one to do the kick off. Club Villa Domínico's Edgardo Petri suffered a sore thigh after 55 minutes and couldn't finish the game. Godoy FC's Sergio Otsoa played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Dario Lapurdi in the 61st minute of play. In the 62nd minute, Matias Evarado ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Sergio Otsoa was frozen by the shot and now it was 4-0. Matias Evarado sent away a hard shot on goal in the 66th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 68th minute, Godoy FC's Victor Olayo ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Eliseo Tercero. Eliseo Tercero yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 4-1. Matias Evarado might have been able to make a better finish in the 74th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Sergio Otsoa. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Matias Evarado ran back to his position shaking his head. 75 minutes into the game, Matias Evarado cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 5-1. Sergio Otsoa was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Matias Evarado fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 83rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Sergio Otsoa having to interfere. If Matias Evarado had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 85th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 87 minutes into the match, Club Villa Domínico's Sergio Orlan sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Sergio Otsoa narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Matias Evarado fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 88th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Sergio Otsoa having to interfere. Matias Evarado received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 91st minute. Sergio Otsoa tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After having played for 93 minutes, Leonides Gabino managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Club Villa Domínico's supporters crossed their fingers, but Leonides Gabino was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Matias Evarado recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 95th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When the referee ended the match the Club Villa Domínico players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
