After some careless play in the Escobar AFC defense, Roman Nabar kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Alvaro Asteri. The Escobar AFC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Alvaro Asteri should have stopped the shot. 15 minutes into the match, Escobar AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Roman Nabar came free, but Alvaro Asteri reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Escobar AFC's Alvaro Asteri played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Roman Nabar in the 17th minute of play. Alvaro Asteri made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Roman Nabar in the 20th minute of play. In the 21st minute, Ariel Gabino hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After some fancy dribbling in the 23rd minute, Roman Nabar managed to get in a good position for a shot. Günther FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Roman Nabar was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Alvaro Asteri breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. When Rodolfo Oliverios came up free with the goalie in the 28th minute, the Günther FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Rodolfo Oliverios couldn't finish the play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Casimiro Emesto in the 31st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Americo Victoro prevented the ball from getting in the gole. An unexpected shot in the 37th minute by Mario Salvatore got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. Alvaro Asteri showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Roman Nabar in the 44th minute of the match. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Casimiro Emesto to strike the kick off in the second half. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Denis Martxel during the 51st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 51st match minute, Günther FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Denis Martxel to maneuver through the defense. In the 54th minute Casimiro Emesto shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Americo Victoro saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Escobar AFC's Alvaro Asteri proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 73rd minute of the match, managed to save Escobar AFC from getting a goal against them. Alvaro Asteri made a fantastic save in the 75th minute, when Roman Nabar sent off a good shot on target. In the 90th minute there was a penalty for Escobar AFC. Martin Niva stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Americo Victoro. 1-1. Escobar AFC's Alvaro Asteri proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 98th minute of the match, managed to save Escobar AFC from getting a goal against them. The second half was just like the first, even and exciting. The match ended in a draw.
