Spectators: 6673 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1673, VIP seats: 0) Cabalonga's Lucas Olayo started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. 3 minutes into the game, Lucas Olayo recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Primitivo Frascuelo. Lucas Olayo showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-0. Lucas Olayo struck a weak shot in the 7th minute. Primitivo Frascuelo didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Cabalonga. After some fancy dribbling in the 10th minute, Jonas Burutzagi managed to get in a good position for a shot. Cerrillos FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Jonas Burutzagi was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Virgilio Errolan breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Virgilio Errolan showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Inocencio Mantzio, who was totally free with the ball in the 11th minute. German Pitin's late challenge caught a Cabalonga's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. German Pitin helped the player get up and apologised. With a little luck, Cerrillos FC's Primitivo Frascuelo got control of the ball when Justo Clemencin tried to sneak it across the goal line. Lucas Olayo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 20th minute. Primitivo Frascuelo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. A collision led to Cabalonga getting a freekick after 30 minutes play. Denis Bladi hit a great ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Lucas Olayo in the 33rd minute of play forced Cerrillos FC's goalkeeper Primitivo Frascuelo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Cabalonga's Justo Clemencin got a good chance for a goal in the 39th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Inocencio Mantzio struck a weak shot in the 47th minute. Virgilio Errolan didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Cerrillos FC. Virgilio Errolan came out of the goal in the 48th minute to try and stop a shot by Cerrillos FC's Jonas Burutzagi. But to his dismay, Jonas Burutzagi quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-2. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 1-2 lead.

The wind increased when Inocencio Mantzio made the kick off in the second half. Virgilio Errolan showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Inocencio Mantzio, who was totally free with the ball in the 54th minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Jonas Burutzagi got free with Virgilio Errolan in the 58th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 61 minutes into the game, Matias Iigo was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Cerrillos FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Cabalonga the free kick. 60 minutes into the game, one of Cerrillos FC:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. An unexpectedly hard shot by Lucas Olayo in the 67th minute of play forced Cerrillos FC's goalkeeper Primitivo Frascuelo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Jonas Burutzagi received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 71st minute. Virgilio Errolan tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Lucas Olayo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 81st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Jonas Burutzagi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 89th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Jonas Burutzagi recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 92nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When Inocencio Mantzio came up free with the goalie in the 93rd minute, the Cerrillos FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Inocencio Mantzio couldn't finish the play. In the 94th match minute, Cabalonga was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jonathan Basualdo to maneuver through the defense. The corner ended in Gualterio Laurgain almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Cabalonga's Virgilio Errolan did a great save. After having played for 101 minutes, Justo Clemencin managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Cabalonga's supporters crossed their fingers, but Justo Clemencin was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The Cerrillos FC supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Cerrillos FC would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
