Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Brinkmann FC's Silvio Frederik started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. When Los Mostris FC's Celedonio Ticho in the 8th minute got a chance for a shot 8th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Brinkmann FC's goalie prevented a goal. After having played for 9 minutes, Silvio Frederik managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Brinkmann FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Silvio Frederik was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. When Julio Vachon fell near the penalty area in the 11th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Brinkmann FC's protests and gave Julio Vachon a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Los Mostris FC booed when Brinkmann FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 11 match minutes in a wonderful position. Julio Vachon didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Cesar Cortez had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 14th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The audience thought a goal was coming when Cesar Cortez got free with Alejo Fernandes in the 16th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Alejo Fernandes stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Silvio Frederik's shot from short distance in the 17th minute. Los Mostris FC's Alejo Fernandes played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Silvio Frederik in the 22nd minute of play. In the 28th minute the ball was on its way in behind Brinkmann FC's goalkeeper Ramiro Cesario, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Julio Vachon hit a great freekick 28 minutes into the match. When the match had gone on for 30 minutes, Celedonio Ticho put it in 0-1 from a short distance just to the right of Ramiro Cesario. Silvio Frederik received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 37th minute. Alejo Fernandes tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Brinkmann FC's Julio Vachon got a good chance for a goal in the 39th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 43rd minute the ball was on its way in behind Los Mostris FC's goalkeeper Alejo Fernandes, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Cesar Cortez recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 47th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Celedonio Ticho to strike the kick off in the second half. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Silvio Frederik in the 57th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Alejo Fernandes prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Alejo Fernandes came out of the goal in the 58th minute to try and stop a shot by Brinkmann FC's Cesar Cortez. But to his dismay, Cesar Cortez quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. A collision led to Brinkmann FC getting a freekick after 64 minutes play. Julio Vachon hit a great ball. Inocencio Milio was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 65th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. Alejo Fernandes made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Silvio Frederik in the 70th minute of play. Brinkmann FC's Florencio Gauargi was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Alejo Fernandes in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Alejo Fernandes made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Silvio Frederik in the 78th minute of play. The audience was convinced that Silvio Frederik's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Alejo Fernandes was relentless in the 81st minute of the game. 84 minutes into the match, Los Mostris FC's goal looked a bit too open when Silvio Frederik came free, but Alejo Fernandes reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 91st minute, Albano Garcia managed to get in a good position for a shot. Los Mostris FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Albano Garcia was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ramiro Cesario breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The final whistle blew with the score still tied, and both teams left the pitch thinking about the missed chances that could have given their team the win.
