Aquilino Esdras fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 34th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Faustino Regis having to interfere. Tartagal AFC's Aquilino Esdras got a good chance for a goal in the 83rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. If Elvio Loi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 92nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 96th minute, Abelardo Deunoro hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 97 minutes into the match, Cieneguita's goal looked a bit too open when Elvio Loi came free, but Faustino Regis reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Tartagal AFC had won after a very even match.
