In the 19th minute, Pedro Frechoso got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Pedro Frechoso received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 24th minute. Angelo Txema tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Pedro Frechoso had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 25th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Lucio Koldobika fell near the penalty area in the 26th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Ninalquín FC's protests and gave Lucio Koldobika a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Stopper FC getting a freekick after 29 minutes play. Lucas Gilen hit a great ball. After 30 played minutes, Ninalquín FC's Oscar Claris shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Jaime Dominguez came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Ninalquín FC reached it. After having played for 31 minutes, Gustavo Cordarius managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Ninalquín FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Gustavo Cordarius was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Jairo Bernat kicked well hit freekick during the 32nd minute of the match. Gustavo Cordarius might have been able to make a better finish in the 38th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Jaime Dominguez. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Gustavo Cordarius ran back to his position shaking his head. Ninalquín FC's Angelo Txema played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ismael Endira in the 43rd minute of play. Lucio Koldobika fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 45th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jaime Dominguez having to interfere. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Gustavo Cordarius stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Ismael Endira fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 62nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Angelo Txema having to interfere. Ismael Endira's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Angelo Txema read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 64th minute of play. In the 73rd minute, Ismael Endira fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. Jonatan Cordaryal sent away a hard shot on goal in the 75th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Ismael Endira fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 82nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Angelo Txema having to interfere. Ninalquín FC's Jonatan Cordaryal got a good chance for a goal in the 88th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The audience was convinced that Jonatan Cordaryal's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Jaime Dominguez was relentless in the 90th minute of the game. 94 minutes into the match, Stopper FC's Pedro Frechoso sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Angelo Txema narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After a defensive mix-up in Ninalquín FC's zone, Ismael Endira stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Angelo Txema came out of the goal and Ismael Endira tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Jeers came from both ends of the stadium when the final whistle went. Neither team had looked impressive and the draw seeemd a fair result.
