The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. After some fancy dribbling in the 4th minute, Rodolfo Baumer managed to get in a good position for a shot. La Loma F.C.'s supporters rose to their feet, but Rodolfo Baumer was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Fernan Froylan breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Fernan Froylan showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Roman Hodei, who was totally free with the ball in the 5th minute. The crowd rose to their feet as Baldomiro Clementi kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Nicanor Baumer. That made the score 1-0 in the 8 minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in 11 Troncos Entusiastas's zone, Roman Hodei stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Fernan Froylan came out of the goal and Roman Hodei tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 16th minute, Roman Hodei managed to get in a good position for a shot. La Loma F.C.'s supporters rose to their feet, but Roman Hodei was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Fernan Froylan breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Rodolfo Baumer fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 20th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Fernan Froylan having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Roman Hodei in the 21st minute of play forced 11 Troncos Entusiastas's goalkeeper Fernan Froylan to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Rodolfo Baumer scored 1-1 in the 22nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Fernan Froylan, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. The crowd rose to their feet as 11 Troncos Entusiastas's Baldomiro Clementi slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Nicanor Baumer. That made the score 2-1 after 29 minutes of play. Rodolfo Baumer fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 35th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Fernan Froylan having to interfere. 37 minutes into the match, 11 Troncos Entusiastas's goal looked a bit too open when Roman Hodei came free, but Fernan Froylan reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A collision led to La Loma F.C. getting a freekick after 39 minutes play. Aldo Elixio hit a great ball. In the 42nd minute, Roman Hodei got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Roman Hodei fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 47th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Fernan Froylan having to interfere.

Fernan Froylan stood somewhat misplaced when Roman Hodei came free in front of goal and shot 2-2 to the left of him in the 56 minute. Rodolfo Baumer struck a weak shot in the 60th minute. Fernan Froylan didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for La Loma F.C.. 65 minutes into the match, Tomás Anaya had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Fernan Froylan. 11 Troncos Entusiastas's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Tomás Anaya was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-3. 69 minutes into the match, Roman Hodei dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Fernan Froylan, 2-4. Nicanor Baumer showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Baldomiro Clementi, who was totally free with the ball in the 73rd minute. After a rather tough play, La Loma F.C.'s Aldo Elixio got a free kick in the 74th minute. Rodolfo Baumer could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 78th minute of the match, but Fernan Froylan made a huge save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Teobaldo Bikendi in the 80th minute of play forced 11 Troncos Entusiastas's goalkeeper Fernan Froylan to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Roman Hodei's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Fernan Froylan read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 81st minute of play. After 82 played minutes 11 Troncos Entusiastas got a freekick which was hit by Arturo Francesco. Rodolfo Baumer recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 86th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 91st minute, Rodolfo Baumer got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The audience thought a goal was coming when Rodolfo Baumer got free with Fernan Froylan in the 93rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Constantino Cordearo struck a weak shot in the 98th minute. Nicanor Baumer didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for 11 Troncos Entusiastas. La Loma F.C.'s fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
