Ariel FC's Angelino Goiz got a good chance for a goal in the 9th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Cornelio Xacintu in the 14th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Luciano Orlandus saved Ariel FC from getting behind. If Cornelio Xacintu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 16th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After having played for 18 minutes, Joel Toli managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Ariel FC's Luciano Orlandus played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Joel Toli in the 22nd minute of play. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Angelino Goiz made a kick off. Cornelio Xacintu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 52nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Luciano Orlandus having to interfere. In the 55th match minute, Ariel FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Vicente Tiadoro to maneuver through the defense. When Cornelio Xacintu came up free with the goalie in the 56th minute, the CA Deportivo Licha fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Cornelio Xacintu couldn't finish the play. Luciano Orlandus made a fantastic save in the 61st minute, when Cornelio Xacintu sent off a good shot on target.
