CA Deportivo Licha's Omar Paublo shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 6th minute of play. The shot was stopped by Ermegildo Jobo but with some difficulty. Ermegildo Jobo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Joel Toli in the 7th minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in Guardamonte FC's zone, Joel Toli stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ermegildo Jobo came out of the goal and Joel Toli tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Cornelio Xacintu's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Ermegildo Jobo read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 16th minute of play. Cornelio Xacintu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 18th minute. Ermegildo Jobo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Ermegildo Jobo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Joel Toli, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Joel Toli in the 22nd minute of play forced Guardamonte FC's goalkeeper Ermegildo Jobo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Cornelio Xacintu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 23rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ermegildo Jobo having to interfere. Ermegildo Jobo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Joel Toli in the 29th minute of play. Ermegildo Jobo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Joel Toli, who was totally free with the ball in the 30th minute. In the 32ndth minute of the game Joel Toli who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Guardamonte FC's Ermegildo Jobo was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Guardamonte FC's Ermegildo Jobo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Joel Toli in the 34th minute of play. 35 minutes into the game, Tobias Aragones was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Guardamonte FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave CA Deportivo Licha the free kick. A collision led to Guardamonte FC getting a freekick after 35 minutes play. Tobias Aragones hit a great ball. If Joel Toli had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 38th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. CA Deportivo Licha's Joel Toli got a good chance for a goal in the 43rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 44th match minute, Guardamonte FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Maximino Uxio to maneuver through the defense. Guardamonte FC's Ermegildo Jobo proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 46th minute of the match, managed to save Guardamonte FC from getting a goal against them.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Joel Toli stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Omar Paublo made a great header on CA Deportivo Licha's corner, it was just that Guardamonte FC's Ermegildo Jobo managed to reach the ball for a save. Cornelio Xacintu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 61st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. CA Deportivo Licha had played much better football throughout.
