Hilario Salvidor could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 10th minute of the match, but Haroldo Calisto made a huge save. In the 17th minute Melchor Demesio shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Haroldo Calisto saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 19th minute Pablo Ebardo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Silvio Remir saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Candido Calvino kicked well hit freekick during the 21st minute of the match. Hilario Salvidor's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Haroldo Calisto firmly grabbed it by the left post. Pablo Ebardo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 35th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 37th minute Pablo Ebardo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Silvio Remir saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in Piamonte's zone, Hilario Salvidor stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Haroldo Calisto came out of the goal and Hilario Salvidor tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Haroldo Calisto made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Melchor Demesio in the 42nd minute of play. Severiano Ofelio kicked well hit freekick during the 43rd minute of the match. In the 44th minute, Melchor Demesio fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Haroldo Calisto, passed just outside the right post. Hilario Salvidor sent away a hard shot on goal in the 45th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Melchor Demesio stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After a rather tough play, Piamonte's Clemente Bermund got a free kick in the 52nd minute. In the 54th minute, Hilario Salvidor left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Los Altos fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-0. 57 minutes into the match, Piamonte's Candido Calvino sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Silvio Remir narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Melchor Demesio fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 61st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Haroldo Calisto having to interfere. Piamonte's Haroldo Calisto played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Melchor Demesio in the 65th minute of play. If Pablo Ebardo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 69th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Haroldo Calisto took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Hilario Salvidor, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Haroldo Calisto made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Melchor Demesio in the 79th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Melchor Demesio in the 83rd minute of play forced Piamonte's goalkeeper Haroldo Calisto to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 94th minute Melchor Demesio shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Haroldo Calisto saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Los Altos's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
