Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Cipriano Cordairo started the match with the kick off. Anselmo Medero made a fantastic save in the 4th minute, when Joel Mergildo sent off a good shot on target. 5 minutes into the game, Enrique Katia was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Club Atlético Marlboro's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Bermejo FC the free kick. After 5 played minutes Club Atlético Marlboro got a freekick which was hit by Enrique Katia. Cipriano Cordairo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 6th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Bernabe Corderun hit a great freekick 10 minutes into the match. Anselmo Medero showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cipriano Cordairo, who was totally free with the ball in the 13th minute. Joel Mergildo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 15th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Anselmo Medero having to interfere. Cipriano Cordairo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 17th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cipriano Cordairo in the 19th minute of play forced Club Atlético Marlboro's goalkeeper Anselmo Medero to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Joel Mergildo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 22nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Anselmo Medero having to interfere. Arsenio Amato took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Alejandro Policarpio, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Alejandro Policarpio in the 26th minute of play forced Bermejo FC's goalkeeper Arsenio Amato to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cipriano Cordairo in the 32nd minute of play forced Club Atlético Marlboro's goalkeeper Anselmo Medero to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Anselmo Medero showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cipriano Cordairo in the 35th minute of the match. Ulises Vergaray hit a great freekick 36 minutes into the match. If Joel Mergildo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 40th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The audience was convinced that Cipriano Cordairo's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Anselmo Medero was relentless in the 43rd minute of the game. Bermejo FC's Joel Mergildo got a good chance for a goal in the 45th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Alejandro Policarpio stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. An unexpectedly hard shot by Juan Lorien in the 52nd minute of play forced Club Atlético Marlboro's goalkeeper Anselmo Medero to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Club Atlético Marlboro's Alejandro Policarpio got a good chance for a goal in the 54th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Alejandro Policarpio received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 58th minute. Arsenio Amato tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 62 minutes into the match, Club Atlético Marlboro's goal looked a bit too open when Cipriano Cordairo came free, but Anselmo Medero reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 63 minutes into the match, Club Atlético Marlboro's goal looked a bit too open when Joel Mergildo came free, but Anselmo Medero reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. But to his dismay, Cipriano Cordairo quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. Juan Lorien recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 82nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Anselmo Medero stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Joel Mergildo's shot from short distance in the 86th minute. Alejandro Policarpio received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 88th minute. Arsenio Amato tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 93rd minute, Alejandro Policarpio managed to get in a good position for a shot. Club Atlético Marlboro's supporters rose to their feet, but Alejandro Policarpio was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Arsenio Amato breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 94th minute, Ulises Vergaray hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Bermejo FC had won after a very even match.
