Spectators: 7215 (Terracing: 5484, Seating: 1681, VIP seats: 50) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Francisco Barrionuevo kicked off to start the match. In the 4th minute Edgardo Gaitan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jorge Breogan saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Maximiliano Poz kicked well hit freekick during the 6th minute of the match. Clemente Caton showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Francisco Barrionuevo in the 10th minute of the match. After 10 played minutes River Plate got a freekick which was hit by Gilberto Garcia. Clemente Caton made a fantastic save in the 13th minute, when Nemesio Egoitz sent off a good shot on target. 13 minutes into the game, Gilberto Garcia was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. River Plate's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave 4to B the free kick. Gilberto Garcia hit a great freekick 13 minutes into the match. In the 17th minute of the match Angel Guillem sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Clemente Caton skillfully saved the ball. Jorge Breogan didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Gilberto Garcia went, in the 27th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. Jorge Breogan showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Edgardo Gaitan, who was totally free with the ball in the 30th minute. 38 minutes into the match, Nemesio Egoitz had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Clemente Caton. River Plate's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Nemesio Egoitz was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-1.

An unexpected shot in the 54th minute by Edgardo Gaitan got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. If Nemesio Egoitz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 61st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Clemente Caton came out of the goal in the 63rd minute to try and stop a shot by 4to B's Francisco Barrionuevo. But to his dismay, Francisco Barrionuevo quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-1. River Plate's Bernabe Jacob got a good chance for a goal in the 72nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Clemente Caton made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Nemesio Egoitz in the 74th minute of play. In the 89thth minute of the game Nemesio Egoitz who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but River Plate's Clemente Caton was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 92nd minute, Nemesio Egoitz managed to get in a good position for a shot. 4to B's supporters rose to their feet, but Nemesio Egoitz was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Clemente Caton breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. If Francisco Barrionuevo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 93rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Nemesio Egoitz in the 95th minute of play forced River Plate's goalkeeper Clemente Caton to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Francisco Barrionuevo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 97th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.
