Spectators: 6681 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1681, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Victor Sugar took the kick off in the first half of the match. Zeledon Chano showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Norberto Flores, who was totally free with the ball in the 5th minute. Norberto Flores struck a weak shot in the 12th minute. Zeledon Chano didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Muñecas. A collision led to Quilcó FC getting a freekick after 18 minutes play. Marcelino Berdaitz hit a great ball. Aquiles Tiniebra was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 18th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. The crowd rose to their feet as Muñecas's Norberto Flores slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Zeledon Chano. That made the score 1-0 after 21 minutes of play. After 31 minutes of play, Muñecas's Norberto Flores made it 2-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Zeledon Chano was left in no man's land by his defense there! With a little luck, Quilcó FC's Zeledon Chano got control of the ball when Jairo Belo tried to sneak it across the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Norberto Flores in the 38th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Zeledon Chano saved Quilcó FC from getting behind. In the 42nd minute, Anier Inge got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Gonzalo Rufio fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 45th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Oscar Celino having to interfere. Teobaldo Pinto kicked well hit freekick during the 46th minute of the match. In the 47th minute, Gonzalo Rufio made a precise shot to the right of Oscar Celino. Muñecas's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-1. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-1 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Norberto Flores was the one to do the kick off. After 53 played minutes Muñecas got a freekick which was hit by Aquiles Tiniebra. Quilcó FC's Cipriano Pepillo shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 54th minute of play. The shot was stopped by Oscar Celino but with some difficulty. Jairo Belo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 56th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Zeledon Chano having to interfere. Gonzalo Rufio struck a weak shot in the 61st minute. Oscar Celino didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Quilcó FC. An unexpected shot in the 63rd minute by Gonzalo Rufio got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. When Marcelino Berdaitz came up free with the goalie in the 65th minute, the Quilcó FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Marcelino Berdaitz couldn't finish the play. Zeledon Chano took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jairo Belo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 72nd minute, Marcelino Berdaitz hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 75th minute the ball was on its way in behind Muñecas's goalkeeper Oscar Celino, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. If Victor Sugar had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 76th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a rather tough play, Quilcó FC's Anier Inge got a free kick in the 77th minute. Norberto Flores received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 79th minute. Zeledon Chano tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 81 played minutes Muñecas got a freekick which was hit by Saul Ieltxu. 89 minutes into the match, Quilcó FC's goal looked a bit too open when Norberto Flores came free, but Zeledon Chano reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Aquiles Tiniebra was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 92nd played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 94th minute, Jairo Belo managed to get in a good position for a shot. Muñecas's supporters rose to their feet, but Jairo Belo was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Zeledon Chano breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Zeledon Chano didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Norberto Flores went, in the 97th minute, to the upper right corner, 3-1 was the resulting score. Muñecas's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
