Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Romulo Gabino got the match started through his kick off. If Candido Laurin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 3rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 4th minute, Florencio Estebano got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Banfieldster united's Candido Laurin got a good chance for a goal in the 8th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Andres Hodei made a fantastic save in the 13th minute, when Honorato Louis sent off a good shot on target. Jimeno Francesco sent away a hard shot on goal in the 14th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Ovidio Dalmai during the 15th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Banfieldster united's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Basilio Jurgi in the 18th minute. The corner went over the outstretched arms of Stroeder FC's goalie and right to Honorato Louis. He fired away a shot at goal, but the shot had too much spin, and it went just outside the goal. Stroeder FC's manager breathed a sigh of relief on the sidelines as his team had managed to escape an almost certain goal. Jimeno Francescos short, quick shot in the 18thth minute got Andres Hodei to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Hilario Oalo during the 21st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 21 played minutes Stroeder FC got a freekick which was hit by Hilario Oalo. 22 minutes into the match, Stroeder FC's goalkeeper Andres Hodei had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Honorato Louis. Banfieldster united's Florencio Estebano got a good chance for a goal in the 23rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 24 minutes into the match, Stroeder FC's Hilario Oalo sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Geronimo Urdaspal narrowly saved just below the crossbar. With a little luck, Stroeder FC's Andres Hodei got control of the ball when Honorato Louis tried to sneak it across the goal line. Honorato Louis fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 31st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Andres Hodei having to interfere. 35 minutes into the game, Jimeno Francesco cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-0. Andres Hodei was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Stroeder FC's Andres Hodei played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Candido Laurin in the 39th minute of play. Through an outstanding action, after 41 minutes, Andres Hodei successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Honorato Louis who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 45thth minute tested the skills of Andres Hodei when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Florencio Estebano recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 46th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.
In the 55th minute Honorato Louis shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Andres Hodei saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Jimeno Francesco came up free with the goalie in the 56th minute, the Banfieldster united fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Jimeno Francesco couldn't finish the play. 59 minutes into the game, Honorato Louis cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-0. Andres Hodei was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Honorato Louis fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 64th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Andres Hodei having to interfere. Andres Hodei showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jimeno Francesco in the 65th minute of the match. A collision led to Stroeder FC getting a freekick after 66 minutes play. Romulo Gabino hit a great ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Candido Laurin in the 67th minute of play forced Stroeder FC's goalkeeper Andres Hodei to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 69 minutes into the match, Honorato Louis notched a goal, 3-0, to the right of Stroeder FC's Andres Hodei. Andres Hodei was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Honorato Louis received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 74th minute. Andres Hodei tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Jimeno Francesco scored 4-0 in the 76th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Andres Hodei, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 79th minute, Candido Laurin ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Andres Hodei was frozen by the shot and now it was 5-0. After some fancy dribbling in the 82nd minute, Candido Laurin managed to get in a good position for a shot. Banfieldster united's supporters rose to their feet, but Candido Laurin was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Andres Hodei breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Honorato Louis sent away a hard shot on goal in the 95th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 97 minutes into the match, Honorato Louis had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Andres Hodei. Stroeder FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Honorato Louis was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 6-0.
