If Mateo Franco had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 10th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Fernan Crescencio fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 14th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Osvaldo Azubeli having to interfere. When Osvaldo Neto fell near the penalty area in the 16th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Antivacas F.C.'s protests and gave Osvaldo Neto a yellow card for diving instead. After 17 played minutes Antivacas F.C. got a freekick which was hit by Osvaldo Neto. After recieving a nice pass, Azulgranas F.C's Valentin Sabino tried to score from far away in the 18th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. 24 minutes into the game, Carlos Manilan recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Ezequiel Benino. Carlos Manilan showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-0. Osvaldo Azubeli showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Fernan Crescencio, who was totally free with the ball in the 27th minute. After a rather tough play, Antivacas F.C.'s Albino Ceandro got a free kick in the 27th minute. 29 minutes into the match, Azulgranas F.C's Mateo Franco sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Osvaldo Azubeli narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Osvaldo Azubeli made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Fernan Crescencio in the 34th minute of play. 36 minutes into the match, Azulgranas F.C's goalkeeper Ezequiel Benino had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Tomas Peter. Julian Vincente hit a great freekick 37 minutes into the match. A collision led to Azulgranas F.C getting a freekick after 38 minutes play. Fabian Totakoxe hit a great ball. 39 minutes into the match, Antivacas F.C.'s Aureliano Lano broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. Mateo Franco received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 44th minute. Osvaldo Azubeli tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Fernan Crescencio took the ball and in the 46 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Osvaldo Azubeli. Osvaldo Azubeli dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

If Carlos Manilan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 56th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Thanks to some nice moves Mateo Franco could shoot a difficult shot in the 59th minute, which Osvaldo Azubeli however easily saved by the left post. If Fernan Crescencio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 60th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Fernan Crescencio struck a weak shot in the 65th minute. Osvaldo Azubeli didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Azulgranas F.C. Osvaldo Azubeli made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-2. Fernan Crescencio struck a weak shot in the 88th minute. Osvaldo Azubeli didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Azulgranas F.C. Antivacas F.C.'s Osvaldo Azubeli proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 93rd minute of the match, managed to save Antivacas F.C. from getting a goal against them. With a little luck, Antivacas F.C.'s Osvaldo Azubeli got control of the ball when Mateo Franco tried to sneak it across the goal line. After some careless play in the Antivacas F.C. defense, Fabian Totakoxe kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Osvaldo Azubeli. The Antivacas F.C. fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Osvaldo Azubeli should have stopped the shot. When the match was over Azulgranas F.C could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Antivacas F.C. throughout the match.
