Jacinto Sagrario took the ball and in the 13 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Sixto Garin. Sixto Garin dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. Jacinto Sagrario sent away a hard shot on goal in the 18th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Dinamo Zagreb's Sixto Garin played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Braulio Barbosa in the 36th minute of play. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Braulio Lluciano to make the kick off. Cecilio Mazuste showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Zeledon Isauro in the 55th minute of the match. In the 57th minute, Jacinto Sagrario fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. If Braulio Barbosa had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 83rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Cecilio Mazuste was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. When the match was over Chacras could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Dinamo Zagreb throughout the match.
