Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Braulio Hats took the kick off in the first half of the match. Dante Fidencio received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 6th minute. Domingo Martino tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 11th minute, Braulio Senin got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After a defensive mix-up in Nombre Corto's zone, Braulio Senin stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Arturo Quilino came out of the goal and Braulio Senin tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The audience was convinced that Braulio Hats's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Arturo Quilino was relentless in the 20th minute of the game. Braulio Senin received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 23rd minute. Arturo Quilino tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 29 minutes into the game, Silvestre Todor cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-2. Domingo Martino was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. An unexpectedly hard shot by Braulio Hats in the 35th minute of play forced Nombre Corto's goalkeeper Arturo Quilino to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Bernardino Marquez hit a great freekick 37 minutes into the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 42nd minute, Braulio Senin managed to get in a good position for a shot. Catúa AFC's supporters rose to their feet, but Braulio Senin was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Arturo Quilino breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 1-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The wind increased when Sixto Txerran made the kick off in the second half. After 52 minutes, Iker Martino mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Catúa AFC and the Nombre Corto players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 53 played minutes Catúa AFC got a freekick which was hit by Iker Martino. After a rather tough play, Catúa AFC's Lucio Erramu got a free kick in the 55th minute. Braulio Hats received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 68th minute. Arturo Quilino tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Nombre Corto's Arturo Quilino played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Braulio Senin in the 70th minute of play. Braulio Hats recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 76th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Braulio Hats struck a weak shot in the 79th minute. Arturo Quilino didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Catúa AFC. Braulio Hats fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 82nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Arturo Quilino having to interfere. If Braulio Senin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 86th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Braulio Hats came up free with the goalie in the 88th minute, the Catúa AFC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Braulio Hats couldn't finish the play. After having played for 89 minutes, Iker Martino managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Catúa AFC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Iker Martino was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 91 minutes into the match, Nombre Corto's goal looked a bit too open when Braulio Hats came free, but Arturo Quilino reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Braulio Hats had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 93rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The Catúa AFC manager could be seen shouting at his players as they walked down the tunnel after the match. He was clearly angry that they had squandered their superior possession, allowing Nombre Corto to win.
