STYLUS TEAM's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Girondo the free kick. A collision led to STYLUS TEAM getting a freekick after 15 minutes play. Ladislao Victoro hit a great ball. Girondo's Ricardo Bemabe proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 19th minute of the match, managed to save Girondo from getting a goal against them. Ladislao Victoro was shown his second yellow card after 20 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. Aaron Eutropio made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-1. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Gustavo Gar to strike the kick off in the second half. The supporters of Girondo booed when STYLUS TEAM was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 89 match minutes in a wonderful position. Edgard Claus didn't get a good kick on the ball. STYLUS TEAM's Aaron Eutropio played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gustavo Gar in the 96th minute of play. If Bonifacio Gorka had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 98th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Girondo's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
