The Club Atletico El Campito fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Prudencio Haimar should have stopped the shot. Prudencio Haimar was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in.

IACC's Ariel Chucho got a good chance for a goal in the 57th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Ariel Chucho succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 0-3 in the 59th playminute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Raul Cesaro in the 62nd minute of play forced IACC's goalkeeper Tomás Conrao to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A collision led to IACC getting a freekick after 63 minutes play. Fulgencio Kelemen hit a great ball. IACC's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
