After taking down the ball on Telsen AFC's corner Guaberto Hulberto fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Evaristo Ofelio quite easily take care of the ball. The Zavalla FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Evaristo Ofelio should have stopped the shot. 94 minutes into the game, one of Telsen AFC:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. For all the effort they put into the match, the Telsen AFC players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Zavalla FC.
