Joaquin Basualdo hit a great freekick 4 minutes into the match. 5 minutes into the match, EL ROJO's Jonatan Laffitte broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. If Domingos Cedro had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 7th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Santo Valiente was a little too slow when Clemente Theodore got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 11th minute. The score was now 1-0. EL ROJO's attack was well implemented in the 14th minute, but when Domingos Cedro was about to shoot he didn't get a good hit on the ball and it hit the crossbar and flew over. Goal Kick. In the 17thth minute of the game Domingos Cedro who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Galisteo AFC's Santo Valiente was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Dante Macias received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 21st minute. Gervasio Valente tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Dante Macias recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 24th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The EL ROJO fans' excitement grew in the 32nd match minute when EL ROJO's Enzo Astigar looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 2-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Godofredo Elizardo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 42nd minute. Gervasio Valente tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 46 minutes into the game, Galisteo AFC's Aaron Rodriguez nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Gervasio Valente made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-1. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-1.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Domingos Cedro to make the kick off. Dante Macias fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 52nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gervasio Valente having to interfere. Domingos Cedro received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 55th minute. Santo Valiente tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Galisteo AFC's Luis Heriberto got a free kick in the 56th minute. In the 57th minute Domingos Cedro shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Santo Valiente saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Enzo Astigar in the 58th minute of play forced Galisteo AFC's goalkeeper Santo Valiente to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 64 minutes into the match, Galisteo AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Domingos Cedro came free, but Santo Valiente reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A collision led to Galisteo AFC getting a freekick after 65 minutes play. Maximo Lizbeth hit a great ball. When Enzo Astigar came up free with the goalie in the 66th minute, the EL ROJO fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Enzo Astigar couldn't finish the play. Enzo Astigar might have been able to make a better finish in the 71st minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Santo Valiente. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Enzo Astigar ran back to his position shaking his head. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Domingos Cedro in the 72nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Santo Valiente prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 80th minute the ball was on its way in behind Galisteo AFC's goalkeeper Santo Valiente, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 2-2 became the score in the 87th minute when Godofredo Elizardo elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. Gervasio Valente made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Dante Macias in the 96th minute of play. Both teams had looked equal from kick-off, and no-one was surprised when the match finally ended in a draw.
