Ramon Ferran made the kick off and thus started the match. The supporters of SUB 21 F.C booed when Ajó was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 5 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ovidio Millan didn't get a good kick on the ball. 11 minutes into the match, Ajó's Eduardo Lawrence sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Saul Cruz narrowly saved just below the crossbar. 14 minutes into the game, Ciro Etxatxu cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Jonathan Acuña was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Ramon Ferran received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 17th minute. Jonathan Acuña tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After having played for 24 minutes, Ramon Ferran managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. SUB 21 F.C's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ramon Ferran was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Rodrigo Ekialde's late challenge caught a SUB 21 F.C's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Rodrigo Ekialde helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, Ajó's Rodrigo Ekialde got a free kick in the 30th minute. Jonathan Acuña stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Ramon Ferran's shot from short distance in the 31st minute. Ovidio Millan kicked well hit freekick during the 32nd minute of the match. SUB 21 F.C's attack was well implemented in the 33rd minute, but when Ciro Etxatxu was about to shoot he didn't get a good hit on the ball and it hit the crossbar and flew over. Goal Kick. Fulgencio Henric helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, SUB 21 F.C's Fulgencio Henric got a free kick in the 37th minute. 41 minutes into the match, Ramon Cordearo notched a goal, 0-2, to the right of Ajó's Jonathan Acuña. Jonathan Acuña was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Jonathan Acuña dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-3. 74 minutes into the match, SUB 21 F.C's goal looked a bit too open when Mauricio Barrionuevo came free, but Saul Cruz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Jonathan Acuña made an important save on a dangerous shot by Ciro Etxatxu in the 76th minute. In the 77th minute the ball was on its way in behind Ajó's goalkeeper Jonathan Acuña, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Ciro Etxatxu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 81st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jonathan Acuña having to interfere. Ramon Ferran was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 83rd minute. SUB 21 F.C's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. 84 minutes into the match, Ajó's goal looked a bit too open when Ramon Ferran came free, but Jonathan Acuña reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ramon Ferran blasted a shot towards the goal in the 86th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Jonathan Acuña having to make a save. Ciro Etxatxu got in the 87th a clear chance and fired away a hard shot against goal, but Jonathan Acuña handled the situation perfectly and made a save by the crossbar. After 89 played minutes, SUB 21 F.C's Saverio Maura shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Jonathan Acuña came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in SUB 21 F.C reached it. After having played for 90 minutes, Ramon Ferran managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. SUB 21 F.C's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ramon Ferran was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After 91 minutes, Alfonso Chesus mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Ajó and the SUB 21 F.C players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 91 played minutes Ajó got a freekick which was hit by Alfonso Chesus. The SUB 21 F.C players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
